Essential Charter Information
Boarding
Arrive 30 minutes prior to departure.
Matching photo ID required at check in.
Renter is required to verify their identity prior to boarding.
Boundary Limits
Our boundaries are:
North: 79th St by Pelican Harbor.
South: Key Biscayne Bridge.
To go to Nixon Sandbar (6 Hours and up) or Additional $50 to cover for extra gas.
Going Offshore is completely forbidden.

Cancellation policy
- Standard Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure time via email to [email protected].
- Final Sales: Reservations made or requested to be canceled within the 72-hour window are considered final and non-refundable.
- Flight Disruptions: If your flight is significantly delayed or canceled, a one-time reschedule is allowed if notified at least 3 hours before the charter. Proof of boarding pass required. No refunds are issued.
- No-Shows: Arriving more than 45 minutes late without prior notice is considered a no-show with no refund.
- Weather Conditions: For details on weather-related cancellations, please refer to our Weather Policy.
Full Policy Details
Waiver
Every passenger boarding the vessel must sign the required waivers prior to departure. Failure to sign will prohibit boarding, and no refunds will be issued for anyone who refuses or fails to sign.
Required Documents Include:
- Bareboat Charter Agreement: Confirms the customer assumes full responsibility for the vessel during the rental period, including captain selection.
- Release of Liability & Boat Rules: Acknowledges safety rules, warnings, and assumption of risk (administered securely via WaiverForever).
- Captain Selection Agreement: Confirms your selection of a captain in accordance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations.
